Islamic Interpretation of Dreams (Ibn-i Sirin):

(Menstruating) Uncontrollable mirth in a dream means a misdeed that one desires to eliminate but to no avail.

If one does control his hilarity, or even ifhe repents, he will fall again into the same misdeed.
